Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band elegant out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth good friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
